Repair Disclaimer:
By shipping or dropping off any PEV to our repair facility, the customer expressly authorizes the repair work as communicated in private correspondence or phone call and to be done along with the necessary material and agree that we are not responsible for loss or damage to the PEV or articles left in PEV in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts, delays in parts shipments, or loss of parts or loss of your PEV caused by the supplier or carrier. The customer hereby grants Tucson E Scooter Repair and/or its associates permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, sidewalks, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. A shop lien is hereby acknowledged on any PEV for service to secure the amount of repairs thereto. A storage fee of $20 per week may apply if the customer has not come to claim their property within one week of completion notice from the service center. After 30 days have passed from repair completion, personal property may be considered abandoned and sold to cover storage fees and repair costs.

General product information:
Q. What is an Electric Unicycle? A. An electric unicycle goes by several names EUC, ewheel, SBU, self balancing wheel, electric wheel, etc but all of it refers to a motor and a controller utilizing gyroscopes and accelerometers to maintain balance the rider and the wheel. Forward and braking (reverse) actions are guided by the users input tilting the angle of their body in relation to the wheel forward and backward respectively in a reverse pendulum action.
Q. How long is the battery life? A. That can depend on the type of personal electric vehicle and model of battery/ cell type, however most manufacturers state their batteries can go between 300-500 charge cycles before they start to loose their capacity with some models capable up to 1000 cycles.
Q. How can I extend the battery life? A. You can preserve the life of the battery by proper storage (away from heat, cold, and moisture), by keeping the battery properly charged every few months if unused, by using the intended chargers, and by never letting the battery reach 0%.
Q. How fast can an electric unicycle go? A. Each model is different and varies significantly but most electric unicycles range between 12-55+ miles per hour.
Q. Do I need a license or insurance to ride? A. Scooters (classified as electric stand-up scooter) and EUC wheels are subject to the same regulations as bicycles and e-bikes in many states: You don't need a license, insurance, or registration to ride one. Electric Unicycles usually have less requrements due to its design. It is recommended you check your state and local laws before purchasing.
Q. Can I add my own accessories? A. Of course: Your ride needs to fit you. We do recommend confirming that any accessories wont affect safety, function, or cause damage prior to installation or use. We offer many different accessories to suit your needs.
Q. Who do I take it to if I need repair or work done? A. We have experienced technicians to assist you with any needs you have on any make and model, even if its not one of our products. Just send it in to our facility in Tucson AZ or call us.

Q. Do you offer financing? A. We offer safe and convenient PayPal credit financing options and can be chosen as a payment option at checkout. We will soon offer more programs to help make your purchase even easier on the budget.
Q. I see some of the similar products on Amazon or other websites, do you price match? A. Yes we do typically price match on the out the door price on the same product with identical product specs and as long as it is from an authorized retailer.
Q. What does your warranty cover and are there hidden costs? A. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects on the body and electronics of your Electric unicycle, Electric scooter, and Ebike. We cover parts and labor if you ship it to us with only a return shipping fee. If you prefer we can send the parts to you and send a user guide!
Q. How long has your company been in business? A. We have officially been operating since the beginning of 2022 with most our staff bringing at least a decade or more of industry combined experience to the table.
Q. Why are some wheels and scooters only $100, $200 or $1000? A. These are often the deposit amounts on Pre-order listings where we are placing a bulk order with the manufacturer to get in stock. We collect the balance once our shipment hits U.S land. If you see "FAST-TREK DEALS" that means we offer a sweet deal while you wait for your wheel/s.
